Come join us for a Water Skills Academy (WSA) paddle boarding lesson in the heart of North Wales.
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water-sports activity on the planet and can be done on flat water, the open ocean, rivers, and of course in the surf!
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied (i.e. booked on the session) by a parent or guardian, who will have sole responsibility for their safety and welfare
Our lessons run from either Porth Eirias, Colwyn Bay or the sheltered Rhos on Sea harbour for when it is a too little choppy in the bay.
This class will introduce you to the exciting sport of stand up paddleboarding and will inspire you to start paddling on your own. You will learn the correct SUP paddling strokes, develop good balance, learn where and how to stand, learn board manoeuvring skills, reboarding techniques, equipment choices, and safety concerns.
Your 2.5 Hour WSA SUP Lesson is perfect for either total beginners or paddle boarders who have not had any previous instruction and would like to learn the correct techniques and tips from our fully accredited and experienced WSA instructors.
It’s also the perfect opportunity to learn how to get into a good position to come and join us on one of our exciting, up-coming tours.
